How do I download Freedom World?

Tap the "Download" button at the top of this page. On mobile, it will take you directly to the App Store or Google Play. On desktop, a QR code will appear — scan it with your phone camera to open the download link. You can also search for "Freedom World" directly in the App Store or Google Play.
How do I create an account?

Download Freedom World from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up with your email or phone number. You'll be able to customize your profile and start exploring right away.
How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
How do I join or create a community?

From the home screen, navigate to the Explore tab to browse communities by category or location. Tap any community to view details and join. To create your own, tap the "+" button and follow the setup steps to name your community and invite members.
How do I chat with other members?

Tap on any community to open its group chat, or start a direct message by tapping a member's profile and selecting "Message." You can send text, photos, and voice messages.
How do I access The Scape?

The Scape is Freedom World's geolocation game. To access it, tap "Play" on the homepage, or open the Map tab in the bottom menu and switch to The Scape using the tab at the top. Explore your surroundings, complete location-based challenges, and earn rewards as you play.
Does the app support multiple languages?

Yes. The Freedom World app interface supports multiple languages. You can change your preferred language in your profile settings.
How do I set up my profile?

Go to the "Me" tab to customize your public profile. You can add a profile photo, bio, and display your achievements. Other members can view your profile from chat or the community leaderboard.
How do I manage notifications?

To manage notifications, go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Freedom World to enable or disable alerts.
Is Freedom World available on both iOS and Android?

Yes. Freedom World is available for free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "Freedom World" to download.
I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

First, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, clear the app cache in your device settings. Still having problems? Contact us at support@freedom.world.
How do I delete my account?

From the homepage, tap your profile icon (top right) to open Account Settings, then select "Delete Account." Account deletion is permanent — all your data, community memberships, and profile information will be removed. You can also request deletion by emailing support@freedom.world.
